David, an American startup created by the founder of RXBAR, raised $10M to develop a range of foods to “increase muscle and decrease fat”. They are launching their 1st product, a protein bar, on Sept 16th.

Urban Sports Club has officially acquired myClubs, the leader in the wellbeing and fitness industry in Austria and Switzerland. This strategic acquisition marks a groundbreaking moment for the company as they expand their reach to create the first full-service offering across DACH.

ZOE, the famous British scale-up, raised an additional $15M to expand its personalised nutrition platform in the US.

Canyon Ranch launched LONGEVITY8, a lifespan-focused 4 days retreat with state of the art health offerings to transform the rest of your life.

Human Longevity, Inc., a preventative health platform using whole-genome sequencing, raised $39.8M.

Rogue Fitness adapted their fan bike technology for its forthcoming Echo Rower.

Two major C-level changes happened in the past weeks in the wellness/fitness space: Headspace appointed Tom Pickett as CEO and Equinox named Marc Mastronardi as President.

Barcode founded by Mubarak Malik, the former New York Knicks and Lakers Director of Performance, was the first plant based performance drink on the market with added benefits and ingredients, under 30 calories, enhanced with 12 vitamins and nutrients (including functional mushrooms), and free from added sugar. They are launching a new flavour in the coming weeks.

Cadence is teasing their new Hydration System options on Instagram and something exciting is coming!

Prenuvo announced a partnership with Erewhon that will allow members to get special savings on scan price, insights and more.
